SENIOR MANAGER - HR FOR GROUP OF COMPANIES

KEY REQUIREMENTS :-
1. A Degree from a recognized university and/or a full professional qualification in the discipline of Human Resources Management. Preferably with a MBA qualification.
2. Over 10 years' experience in HRM & Administration
3. Be a specialist in Compensation, Benefits Management & Administration.
4. Possess thorough knowledge and experience in Pay Grades, Salary & Payroll Administration.
5. Fully conversant with all aspects of Labour Laws and must be familiar with modern HRM strategies and administration procedures.
6. High level expertise in use of statistical tools, HRIS, T & A Systems and other related software including MS Office packages.
